MiniMe Mindfulness®

Start date:

Time:

MiniMe Mindfulness® delivers engaging and interactive wellbeing sessions for children aged 3-11, helping them develop confidence, emotional awareness, resilience and positive habits that support both wellbeing and learning. Through stories, games, movement, breathing techniques and creative activities, children learn practical tools they can use to manage worries, build self-belief and navigate everyday challenges.

Sessions can be tailored to the needs of individual settings and include nursery programmes, school workshops, transition and school readiness sessions, after-school clubs and whole-school wellbeing days. Staff wellbeing and CPD sessions are also available. Every session is designed to be fun, inclusive and age-appropriate, giving children simple strategies they can use both in and out of the classroom while supporting schools’ wellbeing, PSHE and personal development objectives.
