Context
The Liverpool Cultural Education Partnership ran the Cultural Citizens programme to gives students in secondary schools the opportunity to work with artists to choose and plan a range of cultural visits and experiences and achieve a Bronze or Silver Arts Award. The programme was funded by the Sister Gwen Appleton Trust, with Liverpool Learning Partnership covering Arts Award costs.
