The Art of Emotions
The Art of Emotions is an online emotional empowerment resource. It uses a combination of art therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
If used effectively our emotions serve us well, yet many of us were never taught how to process them effectively. Through this programme you will learn insightful creative activities that you can use to process your emotions now and in the future.
There are 13 modules, each focusing on different aspects of how to process emotions. For each module there is a creative activity that is submitted to a registered therapist who will mentor you through the process. Participants will improve mental health resilience, communication skills and self awareness.
