Shaking Up Shakespeare – special September offer

Shakespeare was an incredible storyteller and this is how we like children to think of him, first and foremost. Our workshops see your pupils up on their feet telling the story of your chosen play themselves, supported by a series of carefully structured drama activities. There is a focus on key themes, central characters and their motivations, and pivotal moments in the plot. Having recently worked with The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, delivering these workshops for their Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester hubs, we are keen make them more widely available with a special offer for September 2019 for all Liverpool Learning Partnership schools.

Book before the end of July 2019 for a day of delivery during September 2019. Choose either a full day (up to x4 workshops, 50 pupils max per workshop) of a half day (up to x2 workshops, 50 pupils max per workshop). You can also add on a Teacher Twilight to the end of a full day session for £150 + VAT. Any questions – please get in touch!

Notes

“The children absolutely adored every minute and you have truly inspired them to love Shakespeare! The final assembly was fabulous and we’ve had such lovely comments from the parents and staff. It blew me away what the children accomplished in a day and a half. You gave the children freedom to explore their own ideas whilst guiding them and helping develop what they’d come up with. You are an inspiration!” St Joseph’s Catholic Primary

“The children LOVED the workshop. They raved about the session afterwards and talked about what they had done well into the following week. The activities that Jo chose fit in perfectly with the English curriculum. We loved the sessions and would love to use As Creatives again during our Shakespeare topic next year.” Dovedale School
