Service of Remembrance – Learning Resource Pack

As part of this year’s Service of Remembrance there is an updated Learning Resource online, suitable for Key Stages 1-4. This is a continuation of the city wide education and participation programme that accompanied the Weeping Window installation in 2015. The teaching resource, updated for 2020, provides links to local and national archives, resources and cultural programmes. It offers curriculum ideas and web platforms that enable schools to share research and activity, with particular emphasis on the contribution made by black and Commonwealth service personnel.

Given the current situation with COVID-19 there is an emphasis on digital and online resources and activities.

Please follow the link below for the new resource and also keep an eye on our news feeds for links to the online service of Remembrance.
