Make Your Own Video!
We offer workshop programmes in which students learn to make a video in a style of their choice . All our programmes are tailor-made to suit schools’ specific needs. We bring in equipment for the group to work with and give all the training and supervision needed.
Our aim is to give voice to the group members and allow them ownership and authorship of their films.
Film making can be a vehicle for project-based learning, encouraging immersion in a subject and building transferable skills. It can also be a means to achieving other goals: group cohesion or behavioural change.
All our sessions are delivered by experienced, enhanced DBS/CRB-checked film makers, under the creative direction of Han Duijvendak and Jane Duckworth, who are experts at guiding a group in producing a film which surpasses expectations. We can run projects from 2 up to 10 half-day sessions.
