Creative Sketchbook Challenge

Tate Liverpool and Clifford Holroyde School designed these six sketchbook activities for teachers to take part in over the summer holidays, if they felt like it. They aim to support reflection and wellbeing and are inspired by the five ways to wellbeing that are well-known to help us feel better. You might like to start by finding/making/buying your own notebook for the activities. They are all available as a resource for you to use at any time, as a project with students or staff:

Challenge 1 – self-portrait

Challenge 2 – connect

Challenge 3 – be active

Challenge 4 – take notice

Challenge 5 – learn

Challenge 6 – give
