Author Visits for Primary Schools

I can provide Author Talks which are suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Although the talks are adapted for the specific age groups they include the following –
Book readings
How I became an author
My writing process
Top Tips
Q & A from children and staff

As an official Patron of Reading, I believe visits from authors are vital for many reasons. They encourage a love of books, reading and writing. The visits show children that authors are just ordinary people and they can aspire to be one too. Visits also allow children to find out more about life as an author, what inspires us, how we go about creating our books and how important reading is in that process.
Books open the pages of the world and an author visit can provide the encouragement to step through into another world.
My visits can be in person or online.
