Art in the Park is an exciting new collaboration between Kirkby Gallery and Knowsley Safari, providing a range of free virtual creative learning sessions for schools and individuals, combining art and the natural world.

Safari Scribblers, led by published writer Johanna Robinson, will see children take part in creative writing exercises inspired by visitors’ perceptions of the Safari: Monday 8th, 15th & 22nd March and 12th April at 10am or 2pm.

Getting Under the Skin, led by Knowsley artist and tutor Patricia McDonald-Holmes, will focus on the nature and habitat of a selection of animals at the Safari. Tuesday 9th, 16th & 23rd March and 13th April at 10am or 2pm.
