LCEP partners developed a theory of change in 2018:
To focus on specific needs and priorities, several ‘task teams’ have developed a strategic plan.
These teams are co-led by cultural and education partners or young people. Each team focuses on a strategic priority and develops ongoing activity that underpins the aims and objectives of the LCEP. Current priorities are:
The voice & influence of young people Schools & cultural education
Employment & skills Inclusion & Looked After Children
This activity is testimony to the added value of strong partnership work and is made possible by the generous contribution of time and resource from LCEP partners: head teachers and cultural champions in the education sector; learning and participation managers in the arts and cultural sector, and others working with and for children and young people.
